HP Envy 7134 All-in-one-Fotodrucker
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi over there,

it's a HP Envy 7134 All-in-one-Fotodrucker under Instant Ink. Printing results became very poor 3 weeks ago. As you see in the picture, cleaning could not performed, ink content seems ok.

So what? Should I clean catridges with ear cleaning cotton wool? Should I insert new catridges? Feels a bit silly, frankly spoken.

Best regards

U. Krause.

Yes, that was it - use new catridges -  thank you very much.

As you see, the print & scan doctor did not recognize that or made a misleading estimation.

So, what is your experience, HP Instant Ink wants the printer always  online - which is in my opinion an overdoing - do the catridges dry out if not used on a daily base?

Yes, we recommend you keep the printer connected to the network always. The cartridges will dry out if not used for a long time. refer to the document HP Inkjet Supplies - Storing and Handling Ink Cartridges for help.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

Thanks!
