Envy Photo 7164 wont print color just black and the black print is incomplete and faded.

When I print something in color it only prints it in black and white and that print is incomplete and faded. If I print just black and white it still is incomplete and faded. Cartridges are full, cleaned numerous times, aligned, paper is good and I've gone through all the basic HP troubleshooting. I am not good with technology or computers. I am using MacOS Ventura 13.4

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Have you tried updating the drivers?

Install HP Easy Start. The new way to set up your HP printer and prepare your Mac for printing.

Also, refer to this document and see if you have performed all the steps. 

If that does not help, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs to be checked.
