Hey, so I needed to print just one black-and-white page of text. I haven’t used the printer in a few months, but at first it printed the page OK with the exception of Just a few letters being a bit faded. so I printed the same page twice again and each time it got worse and worse. So after googling the problem, I tried to clean the heads. But it’s supposed to print a page when you do that yet it didn’t print anything. Just a white sheet of paper came out. Then I tried to run the alignment and it was supposed to print the page for that, but it came out blank with just a couple of faded lines that are very hard to see, definitely not what it’s supposed to look like. I know since I’ve done it before

out of curiosity, I tried printing that same page that I’m trying to print and it did print, but the quality is even worse. Some lines run into other lines that are hardly visible.

Hi @Bella34212

Maybe the ink dried and you need to clean the cartridges.

Thank you for your response. I really don’t think that that would solve the problem because it does print but for example, in one place it looks like the String of characters is 2/3 chopped off and the next one is printed partially over it. So the ink is flowing, but it’s printing very strange.
