Photosmart Plus B210a

I've inserted a new black ink and I've been receiving the error code.

I've tried resetting the printer and also done a factory reset. I've cleaned the printer head and I'm still getting the error code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@chiku12

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

If you insert your old ink, do you still get the error message?

If yes, this would be a hardware issue with the Printer, I would recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this.

Note:  Select the country accordingly to get the contact details for support.

If no, it would be a defective ink. You could either return/replace it to the store/website you purchased it from or contact the HP Support Team for a replacement.

Let me know if this helps.
