Whenever I try to scan or print documents a screen appears on my printer's display as following:
DE: "Problem mit Patronen - Angegebene Patrone entfernen und erneut einsetzen. Auf korrekten Sitz achten. Wird die Meldung weiterhin angezeigt, die angegebene Patrone auswechseln"
EN: "Issue with cartridge - Remove mentioned catridge and insert again. Ensure correct fit. In case the error message remains, replace the mentioned cartridge."
As far as I undestood the colored cartridge causes the error. I followed the instructions. Nevertheless, the error message appears again and again. Execution of the cartridge cleaning problem runs forever. I am using the Instand Ink service. I have no 2nd cartridge that I could use to replace. Via the virtual agent I didn't manage to find a solution or to request the delivery of a new colored cartridge.
My questions:
- Do you have a recommendation what could solve the issue?
- How can I request the delivery of a new colored cartridge (calling the support for instant ink is the only possibility?)
