Good morning I have a HP OfficeJet 730 all in one

Can I have a error message on the control panel that states remove and check color cartridge which we have done that can anyone give us any assistance and I’m unable to connect to Wi-Fi because of the error message

@1Chell, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Due to the age of the printer, support boundaries are limited. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the issue persists, I suggest you replace the ink cartridge or upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
