HP Recommended

I had 2 years free ink with purchase of 9010 printer. Probably running out. I never had a payment method on file, so  there is nothing to update. I don't buy my ink from HP directly, never did. My ink levels in printer are fine but error message won't let me print. How do I clear this message?

To assist you better, are you using Instant Ink cartridges in the printer?

If yes, the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink. If it is, the Instant Ink account will need a payment method even if you have free months.

The Instant Ink service will send you replacement inks only if the account status is active and working.

 

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
