HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

The printer started printing streaked or faded colors and gray instead of bold black, so I canceled printing and replaced the cartridges with new Hp cartridges, and it wouild not recognize them... tried several things including unplugging removing and replacing, even replacing the new with other new... finally gave up and restored to factory res restore and still cannot print.
