HP Ink Tank Wireless 416
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi, I just bought a new HP Ink Tank Wirelles 416.
I've followed all steps from user's manual.

Then, after filling all tanks, I've inserted the printheads properly.

The printer is working fine, but the estimated ink levels on HP smart is not showing any level. Same on my iPhone and on my windows laptop.

Is this issue normal for HP?

If so, I'm very disapointed. I expected a product with all features offered working as well. Please check the image above for clarifications.


And, I already checked page 59 from user's manual. http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05790186.pdf
But, I would like to see this feature working, please.
