MFP M148 Printer

Print copies have black splodges on right hand side. I inspected drum and found large amounts of toner on right hand side of drum. I assumed toner cartridge was faulty. I blew off excess toner and replaced with new HP cartridge. Print again had splodges and drum was immediately left with toner as before. I am unsure what steps to take now.

What is drum life? It looks like you will need a drum replaced.
