Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have HP Cartridge 64A/64X with a date mentioned as YY-MM-DD and the customer is confused whether it is a manufacture date or Expiry date. 

In case this is a Manufacturing date, what would be the expiry date? for example this date on a cartridge is 2011-04-26 and still the sealed is not opened, what would be the expiry date in this case........ appreciate soonest response
