Jag har endast installerat de patroner jag fått hemskickat från hp, men den säger att jag har en annan svart patron i och kan då inte räkna ut hur mycket bläck jag gjort av med och kan då inte skicka någon ny.

Same post, in English: I have only instaled the ink that I reseved from HP, but it says that I have installed another black ink and now it can't see how much ink is left, or when to send a new one. What do I do?
