Getting a error 2x61000072 on my HPENVY 4520! Help! Can't load in my cartridges.

My printer keeps saying Printer Failure!  I was trying to replace my cartridges and now it won't even go all the way out to do so?  Is it tanked completely?  I've already turned it off and on, dusted the ports...reloaded new color and black ink but got the code:  0x61000072
