I am lost for words. I received my bill yesterday, and this morning I got an identical email, upon checking it I realized I was getting charged for another subscription for an old broken printer.
HP has absolutely ZERO support or a way to contact them. Even the support page itself gives error.
How can I solve this? I’m so disappointed, all the money wasted. Why was their system not notified that my printed was OFFLINE for over a year??? No emails no nothing. How did my subscription not get canceled when I did in fact cancel it and add a completely NEW printer when I bough it?
And to top it off upon canceling this subscription AGAIN, they will send me yet another final bill, great, for what??? Really not impressed with any of this service and the fact that I can’t contact any support for any help. Charging me 16$ for working printer + 16$ Broken Printer that’s been OFF FOR A YEAR +13$ to cancel subscription. Are you guys serious?

This happened to me too! I just noticed it a year since the broken printer connected! I even referred my homeschool friends and got a couple free months yet not one ink shipment nor connect to the internet. I spoke to a rep who gave me instructions that charged me an additional 62.00 between the two accounts and still can't get the printer switched for a month as they want to charge me AGAIN for a final bill on both. Currently waiting for a supervisor to call me back she said HOPEFULLY today.... I'm very disappointed as I've referred this service to so many people and I've been paying twice all this time.

Appreciate the response but it’s been 10 days and no one has contacted me through DM or through my email.
I however got charged AGAIN TODAY 15$ for the same subscription for the OFFLINE printer. May I ask why I was charged this price again even though I canceled the subscription already , and it clearly stated WHILE I WAS CANCELLING that I would NOT be billed anything but the “12$ cancellation fee” at the end?
Why do I keep getting overcharged?

This is absolutely disgusting!
They’re quick to email you if they can’t process the payment, but if there’s any issues “Commection”, “Service” wise they are so quick to IGNORE you and all your problems.
today I got billed the same 15$ subscription price for the broken printer.
By the way this is the second 15$ they are taking out of my account in ONE MONTH. They literally charged me 3 subscriptions this one month of January. (TWICE 15$ +15$ for broken printer) (1 time $15 for printer in use) That’s so disgusting.
