HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

When I changed my cyan and yellow ink cartridges I got a message that my new cartridges were incompatible.  The new cartridges were out of the instant ink box and matched exactly to the cartridges that were in my 8710 printer.  Soon after this I get an email from instant ink that I installed store bought ink cartridges and I should go to the virtual assistant in my account and order new ink.  Why would i get a message like this?

Thank you for getting back Sandy.  I clicked on the link and the message said Error 404 - We are sorry we can;t seem to find the page you were looking for.  In the email I got from HP about the store bought ink there was a phone number I will call  that and see how that  goes.  Sorry this did not work it probably is not you .
