HP DeskJet 2734e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Just bought a HP 2734-e printer.  The first time I printed, I got a drop down screen with multiple paper choices including cardstock and other papers with weights.  (I need to print on 65# cardstock.) Today I tried to print the same page on cardstock and the print choices are now limited to 4 kinds of paper on both the HP Deskjet 2700 printer setting or the HP Smart App printer setting.  See attached screen prints.  When I use mat, the black ink smears on the page.  So I need to be able to access the print on cardstock setting. How do I get the drop down settings to change back to the original one that had multiple paper settings?  1.JPG2.JPG

That is because cardstock is not supported.

Here's a snip of the papers and media weights for the HP2734-e direct from the HP site.  It says it can print up to 110lbs and photo paper up to 145 lbs.  If it can't print what the specs say, I would like a refund as that is the reason I bought the printer a few weeks ago.Media weight.jpg

100lbs cards is not cardstock, and photo paper is not cardstock either. Cardstock is not supported.

Ok, then please advise where I find the HP Cards 110lb that are shown on the media snip I posted  above from the HP site.  I need to print greeting cards so this seems to be my only option.  Only I cant find HP Cards 110lb anywhere.  Thank you.
