HP DeskJet 2130 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a black ink HP 304 ink from the local store and in the box it says that ink supports printers: 2130,2630, 3720 and 3730.  My Printer is CE marked (SNPRH-1504-01) and indented into EU region.  The problem is that the HP 304 ink is not working with the model 2130 even if the HP 304 box claims that it is supported.  The HP 304 box that I bought is also CE marked and it reads  2130,2630, 3720, 3730, this is clearly a printing mistake from HP side.   I would like to know how do I get compensated from the ink, the box is opened now and returning it is difficult.

When I checked from the net, I saw that this had happened to other customers so this is not a new issue.  As this is clearly a mistake then HP needs to make product RECALL to all 304 inks that have wrong printing in them and not to continue selling them to EU customers or any other region.

Please, no BS responses that I'm in the wrong region etc.,  the ink and the printer both have  CE mark so products are indented to EU region and if not then it is a compliance issue as CE Mark is used with false claim.    I request response from HP support to email address in my profile.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I took this topic to the shop and they confirmed that it was indeed a mistake in labelling and I got the product replaced. Now, it's up to them to make further claims through sales channel.
