HP 4625 CN688 688A print head REPLACEMENT

SUBJECT: HP 4625 black ink print blank.

tried all. twice replaced new online genuine cartridge.

went to HP LOCAL support centre.

print head dead. CN688 688A print head 

inferred that spares stopped by hp.

tried all other procedures to rectify the problem.

only money wasted. 2 cartridges. support center diagnosis fees Rs.1000/-

PLEAS HELP ME RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I NEED PRINT HEAD.

EITHER FROM HP or equivalents from Amazon, flip, any other

thanks. am an advanced user.
