Hello,

Our HP won't properly initialize when restarting. While loading, it gets to about 38% and an error pops up and demands a restart. We restarted the printer multiple times and cant get through. This error still occurs, even when the printer has not been operating for a few days.

Error | 19.11:10

" Restart printer. If the problem persists. Call support. Caution! Hot surfaces inside the printer. Do not touch heating modules "

- Error : PCA 1 Failure

- message text : curing control pca failure

any advice/help is gladly appreciated, thank you.
