My HP 6000 printer will not print blue.  I have tried all the tips - cleaned the printer cartridges, cleaned the printhead, updated the firmware, etc.

 

Because the alignment page will not print blue, I'm also unable to align the printer.

In this case, you will have to replace the printer's print head.

HP DeskJet, ENVY 6000, 6400 printers - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues | HP® ...
