I have followed all the troubleshooting recommendations and I finally ended up buying another cartridge that was not XL and it works just fine, but I couldn't find my receipt for this one and they wouldn't return it. I'd like to get it working if possible. The error is " there seems to be a problem with one or more cartridges" It never gave any other error. But i have cleaned it with a coffee filter, reseated it, reset the printer. Nothing works, and like I mentioned the new cartridge works fine. Any suggestions?
