Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP 4155e printer. I've removed and replaced HP67 ink cartridges several times with no issues. Now for some reason I cannot reinstall the cartridges. It's like they don't fit any more. I've tried to reinstall the existing cartridge but it doesn't fit either. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
