I was able to print a return label a couple weeks ago. I had some minor printing errors as I knew the black ink was getting low. Then just last week my husband tried printing a document and nothing printed. Thinking it just needed new cartridge, purchased one today, installed and did not work.

Tried all the tool options on the printer. Yes my color cartridges are quite low but at least they put a little bit of color on the paper. Printer head can not be removed to be properly cleaned. Double checked vents on the cartridge.

I am at a loss. Help! It literally just worked, now it does not.....

And if I am out the cost of the cartridges I just bought, I will be furious!

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
