Hello, I have a HP 7110 wide format printer and it has been working great for me. I need to print small cards and the only way I can do this to the quality needed is to print at max DPI. Because of this I only have two paper options available which was fine until a few days ago.
It seems that the blacks now print with an orange hue to them rather than true black. If I switch to another paper type like matt then the blacks come through fine but I don't have the resolution needed. I know I don't have any kind of print head blockage and the check printer quality print out looks fine.
What I can see is the issue is printing on photo paper but I don't understand why it would just change like this overnight? Can anyone help me with the problem?
Thank you

@Rewbarb, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
To assist you better, What type and size of photo paper are you using?

Kindly refer to the paper-handling section of the printer specification to check the supported photo papers.
