HP 8030 series printer

Printer is working.  However, I inserted new cartridges from HP Instant Ink and while the cyan cartridge has ink, all blue print is being printed as pink.

I understand there's an issue with the cyan ink cartridge even though it shows it has ink. Here are a few things you can try to fix the pink printing problem on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035:
 

1. Clean the Printhead: Clogged nozzles in the cyan cartridge could be causing the issue. HP offers printhead cleaning utilities. You can find instructions on how to clean the printhead for your specific model on the HP website https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/tech-takes/how-to-clean-printhead.

2. Re-seat the Cyan Cartridge: Sometimes a loose connection can cause printing problems. Remove the cyan cartridge and re-insert it firmly, making sure it clicks into place.

3. Print a Print Quality Report: This report can help diagnose the problem. The steps to print a Print Quality Report can be found in your HP printer manual or on the HP website https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/tech-takes/how-to-clean-printhead. The report will show any missing or streaky colors, including cyan.

4. Try a Different Cartridge (if possible): If you have another cyan cartridge available, try replacing the current one to see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem lies with the cartridge itself.
