HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 Printer

Just received an HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 without the setup cartridges requested by the printer.
Only have original HP 953 cartridges.
Where can I buy setup cartridges, or how to do it manually

Hi @art_d_os,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

If the printer is purchased recently and you did not receive the setup cartridges, kindly contact the store you purchased.

However, sometimes the cartridges will be packed inside the box at the bottom. Kindly check.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

No setup cartridge in the box as specified by the seller amazon,

Had to access the support menu (4x "go back" key), do an OODB reset whithout the cartridge installed to bypass the ink init step

and now it's OK
