HP 8710 PRINTER needs to have Printhead cleaned through lack of printer use. The HP Videos for cleaning HP8710 show a lever you need to pull up on right back of Printhead it, to release so you can remove but there is not one on my machine
Question Does the printhead come out in my hp8710 or does the printhead have to be cleaned while still in the printer

i have discovered the lever has broken off leaving the white horizonal bar detached at the right end. It will lift up but is still attached at left end and printhead still wont come out. Any other suggestions?
