Hi,
I ordered HP 902XL ink cartridges for one of my colleagues on 8/23. It is now out of ink despite only printing a few times, nowhere near the 315 pages. The serial numbers on the cartridge are not working in the Support pages, which is very frustrating. She had no issues printing; there was just very little ink. What are our options for claiming the warranty?
Note: We're in Alaska and ordered the ink from Staples. There are no Staples locations in Alaska, only a distribution center, so we can't easily return the cartridges.
