Do not need answers here, but HP sure could. I signed up for the All In plan to eliminate the need to find a printer, paper, ink, although much more cost effective the plan was very easy to get ordered and so thats what I selected. The printer arrived 12/24, packaged very well and with no damage. I was busy and just set up the printer and connected everything with a little bit of problem, but nothing much. I filled the ink, followed all the instructions and in 45 mins had what I thought was a working printer....Here is the basic failure of a company like HP...I had ordered the paper add on, and paper was no where to be found, I logged into the chat for assistance, was chat transferred to 3 different departments. I was chatting with an agent whom seemed not to care, and asked about the paper, seems he made up an answer and here it was. He stated that the paper add on takes 3-7 business days to process, ship and he had no idea where that process was, just kept repeating the same nonsense. So what good is a printer if you have no paper! HP failed on the most basic of things, logistics and follow through. I do not have stacks of printer paper and that's why I ordered it through the plan! The easiest of things has HP looking to me that they have no business or organizational skill to do one simple thing right, make sure everything is ordered and included before shipping! The chat agents were zero help, transferring a simple question, and the last agent tried to say I abandon the chat so he would not get marked as ineffective, which he was and just letting people know what to look for when you try this plan. Lack of follow through, lack of basic customer support, and no ownership of  issue. I had a report to complete and without paper have to print it somewhere else, Thanks HP, next time you buy a car and it doesnt have any gas for it to leave the lot, think of HP and its failure
