Product: HP ENVY Pro 6452 All-in-One Printer

Defective Printer Cartridges. Purchased at Walmart, installed and got EO code. (Reinstalled old cartridges & they worked that’s how I know new cartridge pack of 2 are defective). Walmart will not replace.  How to get replacement?
