HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw - error code #c1-2711 Inst. Toner G.

I recently gave the HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw to my dad.

Yesterday when he turned it on to print, the error light came on and the display showed error code "#c1-12711 inst. G.".
Having made a few prints, the toners are still the original ones included in the printer when I bought it.
What does the above error code mean and how to fix it?

You might have to reset the printer.
