HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M553
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Last week the printer started printing colored jobs with a solid Magenta background. Black & White was fine, we rebooted the device, checked connections and reconnected. After restarting device, it prints fine until a couple of jobs later. I ran a test report and it prints magenta background halfway. Ink cartridges were replaced and it still does the same. Driver & Firmware are updated - No issue when printing black and white - the magenta comes out after couple of jobs. Device just hit the 1 year and 2 month mark and less than 10,000 pages printed... Any help is appreciated!

First thing to try is a new magenta cartridge.

I've changed the ink and it still prints out this way. After reboot, after a couple of prints from the unit and multiple computers it still prints magenta.
