Finally discovered the problem. The transfer belt is scratched!?! How can this happen on a 2 year old printer? Of course, I found out about this after purchasing 4 new toners which cannot be used in the new printer version (M255dw). 😡

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
