I recently purchased a new computer and since then I have had trouble with the print quality. Once I installed the updated firmware the printer locked up and would no print l I uninstalled the "latest software" and reinstalled the older version of firmware. I am using and have been using NON HP cartridges. HP_LaserJet_Pro_M280_M281_Printer_series_20200612 firmware. The only problem seems to be the quality of the print. Color photos look faded and dull. the printer was purchased recently, and I don't see any hardware issues.
