Hi @GoneRVn2 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To get a replacement for a defective black ink cartridge for your HP DeskJet 2600 All-in-One Printer series, you can follow these steps:

Use HP's Warranty Service:

  • If your cartridge is still under warranty, HP typically offers a replacement at no cost. Check the warranty specifics for your ink cartridge. You might need to provide proof of purchase or the defective cartridge itself.

Retailer Exchange:

  • If you purchased the cartridge from a retailer, you might also have the option to return it directly to the store for an exchange or refund, depending on their return policy.

I request you talk to HP Phone Support and they will help you to sort it out.

1. Click on this link -  https://support.hp.com/us-en

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance.

Have a great day!
