HP DeskJet 3630

Hi,

Printer model: HP DeskJet 3630 

Prints some of black lines partially. Enrolled in HP instant ink. Please note cartridges have not been changed for about 2 years.  Dashboard says ink doesn't need replacement. Don't see any errors as well. Not sure what the issue is. Ran cleanup tools 3 to 4 times but the problem persists. Attached the diagnostics page for reference. Notice the first line.
