I purchased an HP Deskjet 2600 all in one printer and set up instant ink. I gave this to my grand daughter and i was paying for ink etc. Then her mum changed the bank details to her so i didnt have to pay for ink. After this i purchased the same printer and i can not seem to set up a further account. If i log in with old details it isnt letting me. Had so much trouble setting up this printer and gave up many times. Now as i have left it so long the ink that was in it has dried up. There seems to be no proper support to speak to someone in person to help me. So cant print off Printer Info. The on and off button works. Then i see a red light shining near where ii shows the little ink info. then a red light comes up with a picture of a turned down corner page. the page wont download on hp ink it keeps telling me there is a problem to try later. So i have a brand new printer that i havent tried to use in over a year and getting nowhere. Can anyone help? To go to a shop and buy ink cartridges is so expensive. PLEASE HELP!
