HP Deskjet 3750 will not print black ink

Hi, my HP Deskjet 3750 was working fine for around a year and a half but suddenly stopped printing black ink, I have tried replacing the ink cartridge but is stil not working, all colours are printing fine. I have done a few auto printhead cleans through the HP Smart app but has not helped. After googling it online it seems it is a common problem, however all of the suggestions have not worked and have now run out of ideas. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

I understand the printer is not printing in black. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

If the issue persists even after replacing the black ink cartridge, I'm afraid it is an issue with the printer hardware. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
