Please help! I have inserted brand new Black Ink cartridge from HP Instant Ink program & it will not print any black at all. I have the color cartridge from same place & it prints great. I do not have or see any Errors & diagnostics show that my printer is working fine. It is Not working fine!  I have taken Black out & put back in. I have unplugged printer, waited, tried to print test page again. I used a paper towel to blot black in & some black in will come out but when I put back into printer there is nothing! What to do? TIA
