HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2135

I bought a new tricolor cartridge for my printer, however the printer does not recognize it. I already did the cleaning of the metal connections and I already tried inserting the old cartridge, waiting for 10 minutes and replacing it with the new one. It still does not recognize the cartridge. I tried printing with only black ink cartridge inserted before and it works, but now it won't print even with the tricolor cartridge inserted. please help me, i have to print my school projects.

I'd be happy to assist you with a new ink cartridge not getting recognized by your HP printer. I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Incompatible Cartridge Errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
