My HP deskjet printer printing yellow background on every print. I tried all the basic troubleshooting like alignment check, cleaning printhead, replaced the ink with original ink but still it prints the yellow background. Any help would be appreciated

Hi @vivtherocks,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your printer.
Make a copy on the printer standalone and let me know if you have the same issue. (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware failure)
To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Please share an image of the printed document which has the yellow background.
- When was the last time your printer was working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
- May I know to which device are you trying to connect your printer to eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Take care and have a great day ahead!
