I have a HP ENVY 6030 All-in-one Printer from Berlin.
P/N : 5SE18B
[personal information removed]
It came with 305XL Cartridge on purchase and has run out of ink and cartridge needs replacement.
I visited HP portal for Cartridge selection for HP ENVY 6030
https://www.hp.com/in-en/shop/ink-toner.html
For the Cartridge lookup based on Partnumber 5SE18B, it is 805XL that is suitable for HP ENVY 6030.
In fact if you get to Compatibility section of 805XL Cartridge, it says

With Visa Buyer Protection I have clawed back the cost charged for the 805XL Cartridge for wrongful selling online.
Should be a case of Revenue reversal for HP Store I presume.
To avoid busy work with Visa Protection, it would be great if HP Cartridge selection portal fixes the error in Ink selection based on Partnumber.
What is really surprising is that Enditem Partnumber is derived out of Hardware Partnumber and Firmware Partnumber. Two HP devices have the samer Partnumber but working with different cartridges could be highlighting a Product Release Management defect in HP R&D also.

We'll have to do a region reset.
To do a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:
1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.
2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.
3. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region to which you want to reset it to.
Please do let us know.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

I connected the HP ENVY 6030 over USB and have the full HP 6000 Series software installed in the laptop (Windows 10).
I removed the original cartridges completely (both color and black) from the Printer.
I installed the 805XL Black Cartridge (No Color Cartridge purchased in Asia).
Buying full set of Color and Black in 805XL would not be prudent as I don't have the level of trust on the product as such (from the Partnumber lookup on the HP Ink Selection portal which looks flawed and misleading from Partnumber).
The HP ENVY 6030 still flashes Error symbol E on the display and Cartridge information shows 805XL with Incompatible status.
I think we have hit a roadblock with Region Change and Single Cartridge Mode.
Thanks for the HP Support team anyways.

I think you've misunderstood my previous post. Do read it carefully. Meanwhile:
1. Launch the printer software from the desktop icon or, from the Start menu, click Start, All Programs, HP, the Product Name, and then the Product Name again.
2. Double-click the Estimated Ink Levels icon in the printer software. The Estimated Ink Levels window opens.
3. Press and hold the CTRL and SHIFT keys, and then right-click anywhere in the Estimated Ink Levels window, except for a button. The Set New Region window opens.
4. If the Set New Region window fails to open, right-click to the right and left of the Estimated Ink Levels window.
Use the "Copy to Clipboard" feature to paste the values here or take a screenshot of the screen and send it to me in private.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" on my public post, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
