My HP ENVY Foto 6234 All-in-One Printer prints black stripes where it should be a solid black.

I have had the cartridge out and back a few times, and it's over half full. I have tried to clean it with the HP print assistant tools, but there are no visible changes to the black prints.

I have an ongoing agreement with HP instant ink and gets new cartridges when they are going empty. Just now I have no new catridges to try with. The printer has the newest firmware, checked today. Printer was new in january 2020.

Yes, you may check the shipping details on the Instant Ink account. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

It will also show you the tracking number using which you can track the shipment.

I see that the print quality of lack is not good. As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.

Thanks Kumar for the reply, however I haven't got any PM's... the inbox is empty.

Nevertheless - I received a mail from Instant Ink today that a new cartridge are heading my way, don't know if that is a result of the printers auto ordering feature, or your effort trying to solve my problem, anyway I'll wait for the mailman and see how it goes.

Hi. I've got my new Ink delivery today, 'unfortunatly' this was a multicolor ink cartridge, not the black cartridge that I long for... so the problem is still there, please advise me..
