HP Envy 120
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello,

I have a HP Envy 120 printer from September 2014. I absolutely loved the printer but after about a year after purchasing it, it stopped working. Scanner feature still works fine which is why I've kept it. When I try to print the paper comes out completely blank. I've printed directly from the printer - quality report and still comes out blank. From iPhone, same thing. I have tried from Windows 10 and Macbook, and no luck.

I have already performed the reset by unplugging for 60 seconds. I changed the black cartridge and white streaks came out and thats it. When I tried to align the cartridges the printer said it failed. I am not sure if this is an alignment or cartridge issue at this point. Please help!

Best,

Cruz

@cruzxx, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues, and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
