I have reset, run diagnostics, and cleaned the ink using the method outlined here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-Envy-4520-printing-blank.... When printing from my computer (windows 10), phone (iOS), or even just copying a page directly from the printer, the print quality is poor. In many places, it just prints blank. I checked the ink levels and they are not low. I have also tried changing the ink (using HP ink). When doing test pages, there is one spot on the page that prints fine, the rest of the page either is very faded/streaky or not there at all. I also have run all updates on my computer and from the printer. Please help me troubleshoot so I can get this issue resolved.

@ajm1768 If you've done all the steps mentioned in Message 2 of 24 and yet the issue persists, this could be a hardware malfunction and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
here's how private messages work: Click here for details.
P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉
If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
