I bought my HP Envy 5020 in Hong Kong and now live in the UK. The 304 cartridges are not recognised due to the UK region so I need to reset the region to clear the error messages and allow the cartridges to be recognised. My Mac is the latest update which is OS Big Sur 11.0.1-12.18.
