Hi,

I am having issues with the ink cartridges in my printer.

My printer ran out of ink so I replaced the cartridges as normal but keep getting the message "at least one of the cartridges has a problem".

I have tried turning the printer off and on, I have wiped the contacts with a dry cloth as well. It still comes up with the error message.

Any help

Hi @Sarah273

Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing cartridges issues with your HP ENVY 5032 All-in-One Printer.

You may try installing one cartridge at a time and try printing to check which cartridge has the issue.

You may also refer to this document.

Let me know if this helps.
Take care and have a great day ahead.

Hi,

Thank you for your advice. I have tried this and it is still coming up with the same message.

I looked through the document you kindly attached and followed all the points but again to no avail.
