Product: HP ENVY 6032 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, i have a HP Envy 6000 (Not 6032). It recently stopped printing properly in colour. The print diagnostic page showed Cyan and Yellow but not Magenta. Tried everything without success and then used the hot water tip which gave me back Magenta but now the Cyan and Yellow are really faint. Ink levels are fine. 

My manual refers to this:

To clean the cartridges
a. Load letter or A4 unused plain white paper into the paper tray.
b. Open the printer software. For more information, see Open the HP printer software (Windows)
on page 38.
c. In the printer software, click Print & Scan and then click Maintain Your Printer to access the printer
toolbox.
d. Click Clean Cartridges on the Device Services tab. Follow the onscreen instructions

 

Cant find Click clean cartridges anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.
