I have a HP Envy 6032e. Since a couple of days ago, I am having issues with printouts. I think it would be best to post a couple of screenshots showing the issue. I printed multiple print quality reports and they show what the issue is. The printer isn't printing black text correctly. At the top of the page it should say "Print Quality Diagnostic" but only half the lettering has been printed. There are also blank streaks where black text should be. This occurs on any page I print. I'm using the HP cartridges that come with the printer and HP Smart shows each cartridge as being around half full. I've also done print head cleaning and alignment but neither of those has helped. Help please.

Hi @RA9deviant,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
That is an excellent description and a great diagnosis. It is greatly appreciated.
Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.
Clean the printhead (HP Smart app)
- Use the HP Smart app to clean the printhead and fix many print quality issues including incorrect colors, streaks, and faded printouts.
- Load plain white paper into the tray.
- Open the HP Smart app, and then click the image of your printer to open the settings and management tools.
- Under Tools, click Print Quality Tools, and then select Clean Printhead or Clean.
- A Cleaning printhead message displays, and a test page prints.
Example of test page printouts
- Examine the print quality on the test page.
- If the print quality is acceptable, you are done troubleshooting.
- If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Yes in the HP Smart app to perform a second-level and third-level cleaning, which are more thorough and take a few extra minutes to complete.
- Note:
- Printheads that are badly clogged might require another printhead cleaning cycle. Wait at least 30 minutes before cleaning the printhead again.

I was able to fix the issue myself. I used the method from this YouTube video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oIuJsiaicW0
