Product: HP ENVY 6430e All-in-One Printer

My brand new HP Envy 6400e can only print in black & white. I cannot follow any troubleshoot instructions as my Default settings do not have a Preset List and there is no colour option to choose from. Unfortunately hitting a blank wall on this issue. Working from Mac laptop. Advice most welcome please.

Forgot to mention that on setting up it printed in colour and the alignment went ok, but I cannot print any document in colour as there are no colour options in settings.
